How does ScheduleMe find mutual availability?
When you connect your calendar, ScheduleMe reads your free/busy windows (not event details) and compares them against the people you're planning with to suggest times that work for everyone.
Do I have to connect my calendar?
No — you can still use ScheduleMe without connecting a calendar, but availability suggestions will be less accurate without it.
How do I invite a friend who doesn't have the app?
You can invite anyone via SMS directly from the app. They'll get a link to view and respond to the plan without needing to create an account first.
Does ScheduleMe book my reservation for me?
Not yet — ScheduleMe finds the time and place, then hands you off to Resy, OpenTable, or the relevant platform to complete the booking with one tap.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile and plan data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Is my calendar data private?
Yes. Only you can see your full calendar. The people you invite to a plan can only see the mutual availability windows ScheduleMe surfaces — never your underlying event details.
