Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ScheduleMe. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. What ScheduleMe is

ScheduleMe helps you find mutual availability with friends and plan get-togethers, trips, and personal time. It surfaces restaurant, activity, and scheduling suggestions, and links out to third-party services (like Resy or OpenTable) to complete bookings. ScheduleMe does not itself book, confirm, or guarantee any reservation, flight, hotel, or activity — those are completed on the third-party service you're directed to.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use ScheduleMe.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use ScheduleMe to harass, impersonate, or harm another person.
• Invite people to plans without their consent to be contacted.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.

4. Plans and invitations

When you create a plan and invite others, you're responsible for the accuracy of the details you share. ScheduleMe surfaces mutual availability based on calendar data you and your invitees have connected — we do our best to represent this accurately, but availability suggestions are estimates, not guarantees, especially if a calendar hasn't been connected or is out of date.

5. Third-party bookings

ScheduleMe links to third-party booking platforms (Resy, OpenTable, and others). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, pricing, or fulfillment of any reservation made through those platforms. Any dispute about a booking is between you and that third party.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the information you provide (plan details, invitee lists, preferences). By using ScheduleMe, you grant us a license to use that information to operate the app — for example, sharing plan details with the people you invite.

7. Account deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. This permanently removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

ScheduleMe is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that availability windows, restaurant recommendations, or booking links will always be accurate, complete, or available without interruption.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScheduleMe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including missed plans, booking failures on third-party platforms, or scheduling errors.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continued use of ScheduleMe after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
